這間位於柔佛新山Taman Molek的My Liberica Café，是一間自家種植，烘焙跟手工沖煮的咖啡館。(Singapore to Johor)

其實光聽店名就知道，這裡主打的是馬來西亞的“大象豆”，利比麗卡咖啡豆Liberica。

雖然如此，在這裡還是可以找到其他咖啡豆的蹤跡的。

而提起利比麗卡豆，老一輩的人都知道，當年咖啡業在我國很蓬勃時，所種植的就是這種利比麗卡豆。

不過隨著咖啡業的在沒落，利比麗卡豆也逐漸被人遺忘。

My Liberica除了咖啡聞名以外，蛋糕也不賴哦！

來到這裡必點的食物就是這 waffle了，而且僅此一種口味，

上面有一雪糕，周圍是香蕉片，鬆餅上面還有一些糖粉、蜂蜜，脆片。

My Liberica的法式千層蛋糕也深得人心。
