Tanjung Gemok Jetty
The Tanjung Gemok Jetty is the gateway to Tioman Island. Built in 1994, the terminal has a total area of 25 acres. Facilities include seven ticketing and baggage counters, an information center, a customs office, a fisheries department office, a marine department office, restaurants as well as a fenced car park for about 100 vehicles. Given the reasonable travel time of a mere 3 hours from Johor Bahru to the jetty of Tanjung Gemok, it’s easy to see why the jetty make for a popular stop among tourists.

Tanjung Gemok Ferry To Tioman Island
Tanjung Gemok Ferry is another way to go to Tioman Island by ferry if you missed the ferry at Mersing Jetty. Ferry will need about 1 to 2 hours for traveling time to the Tioman Island. The ferry will transfer you from Tg. Gemok Jetty to Tekek, Kg. Genting, Kg. Paya, Kg. Air Batang and Kg. Salang located in Tioman Island.
